This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our mobile application, Bliss - Visual Breathing (the "App"), and our website, getbliss.app.
We respect your right to privacy and adhere to the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Our core principle is Data Minimization: we do not collect personal data unless it is absolutely necessary for the App's functionality.
2. Information Collection and Use
A. Personal Information
We do not share your personal contact information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) . You are required to create an account to use the App's as we track course progress, streaks and health data that is personalised to you.
Customer Support: If you contact us via email (e.g., support@getbliss.app), we will collect your email address and the content of your message solely to resolve your inquiry. This data is not used for marketing.
B. Health Data (Apple HealthKit)
To help you track your mindfulness practice, the App may request permission to write data to Apple Health (HealthKit) on your device.
Data Types: We may write "Mindful Minutes" to the Health app after you complete a breathing session.
Privacy: We do not share your existing health records, and we do not share HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes. This data remains locally on your device or synced via your personal iCloud.
C. Purchase Information
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed directly by Apple through the App Store.
Financial Data: We never have access to your credit card number or billing information.
Transaction Status: We receive an anonymous receipt token from Apple to confirm that your subscription is active.
D. Usage Data & Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., crash reports, session duration, most popular visuals) to help us improve the App's stability and performance. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Local Storage: The majority of your preferences (such as breathing settings and visual themes) are stored locally on your device.
iCloud Sync: If enabled, your settings may sync across your devices using your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Retention: Since we do not require user accounts, we generally do not retain personal user data on our servers. Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to handle your request.

Account Deletion: Since the App does not currently utilize a user account system (login/password), we do not hold personal account data to delete. You can clear all local app data by uninstalling the App from your device.
Opt-Out: You can revoke the App's access to Apple Health or Notifications at any time in your device Settings.
